From a private villa near Pedasí, catch waves, ride horses at sunset, kayak, bike the trails and join a sea turtle patrol, with massages, pool time and slower moments in between. Return to Panama City for a behind-the-scenes look at the Canal, watching huge vessels move through the locks.
