DAY 1

Touch down at Mexico City International Airport and settle into Campos Polanco, an Art Deco retreat in the leafy Polanco neighborhood. This evening, head to Roma Norte for a dinner inspired by Frida Kahlo. Over five courses, your chef-host explores the artist’s life and pride in Mexican identity through food, with pairings of mezcal, wine and hibiscus cocktails.
