Arrive in Panama City and settle into Hotel La Compañia in Casco Viejo. Then join a Panama Canal expert to discover how the original locks were constructed and step into areas normally closed to the public. Watch massive ships move through the locks and, weather permitting, get an even closer look at the Canal at work.

Feedback is to have the meal post-Arenal Volcano visit and cooking at Priscilla’s house on different days.
